1. Overview

These terms govern your use of Involve as either a client requesting event staff or a worker registering for event opportunities. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. For clients

• Staffing requests are matched based on availability and role fit; specific candidate assignment cannot be guaranteed in advance.
• Clients agree to provide accurate event details, safe working conditions, and timely confirmation of bookings.
• Cancellations should be communicated as early as possible to your coordinator.

3. For workers

• Workers must complete verification steps before accepting bookings.
• Accepting a booking is a commitment to attend; repeated late cancellations may affect future opportunities.
• Pay terms for each shift are disclosed before you accept it.

4. Platform role

Involve facilitates the matching and coordination between clients and workers. Specific event conduct expectations will be communicated as part of each booking.

5. Limitation of liability

Involve coordinates staffing in good faith but is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from event circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Involve after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
